These include, but is not limited to, not making campaigns in different eras separate submods (causing a lot of problems with ancillaries, many lord titles being wrong because many settlement names are different (the lord title for Fort Ditrich is called 'Commander of Fort Bridle'in every era despite the settlement only being called 'Fort Bridle' in the ESO campaign), adding female generals (the game can't handle female as active characters (except princesses) resulting in that random characters having female names while having male portraits, and there is quite immersive-breaking having a 'female' general marrying and getting children), even more inconsistent unit stats (all spearmen having armor-piercing stat, all cavalry units having 2 hitpoints and armor-piercing stat, generals units are small and weak etc), recruitment being based on religion and being able to recruit priests (meaning that you could stop other factions recruitment by moving priests into their lands and slowing down the campaign) adding new units because of 'balance' (most of the general units are just copies of the original general units but given worse stats), many traits and ancillaries have nonsensical stats ('King of Allinor' lord title gives Command and Chivalry, the 'racial' traits are more cultural traits ('khajiit' trait gives Command when attacking at night, bonus to trade and piety and a negative to farming, the trait should only give Command when attacking at night.

The submod has many flaws mostly due to the mod leader Jadli's decisions. One of the main problems is that the submod is balance for multiplayer hotseats.

As one who is a member of the Unofficial Patch team I can tell you that the mod doesn't fix many issues (except for the more balanced deadric spawns and the addition of ports to every costal settlement).
